Mission

The Evergreen Project is committed to empowering the next generation of activists, organizers, advocates, legislators, and community leaders. Through comprehensive education, mentorship, and hands-on training, we equip young people across the United States with the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive meaningful change in their communities. Our program fosters a deep understanding of the legislative process, grassroots organizing, and the power of advocacy to address political, social, and systemic issues.

By uplifting self-motivated, forward-thinking individuals who are dedicated to championing the rights of underserved and underrepresented populations, The Evergreen Project cultivates leaders prepared to shape a more just and equitable future. Through education and exposure to careers in the progressive movement space, we inspire lifelong commitment to social impact, civic engagement, and transformative leadership.

Vision

The Evergreen Project will create an intentional strategic succession plan in the political, social, and advocacy spaces, and bridge the gap between passion and preparedness. Through networking and training activities we will identify, educate, and mentor the next generation of leaders, and by facilitating experiential learning opportunities we will equip young people with the tools, knowledge, and experience needed to pursue professional careers in activism and organizing. The Evergreen Project will foster a strong foundation of informed and motivated changemakers and ensure the progressive movement remains dynamic, effective, and prepared for the challenges of tomorrow
